The Beposo Traditional Area celebrated its annual Fagyare Yam Festival, a vibrant ceremony marking thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest on Tuesday, 9th December 2025

The District Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Somuah led a delegation from the District Assembly to grace the occasion and celebrate with Nananom and people of Sekyere Beposo.

The event featured a rich display of indigenous culture and tradition, presided over by Nananom, who offered solemn prayers of gratitude for the season's abundance and for continued peace and prosperity in the community.
